i had so much fun tonight. i hung out with my best friend cali. we don't see eachother much. we wrapped presents. made monkey bread. (the bread that monkies eat) we talked about our unrealistic futures. our passions. our hopes and desires. our deepest, darkest secrets. matt, don't you wish you could be here? emery fed us whipcream from the can. cali asked for seconds. one was enough for me.
my mom sold my hope chest in a garage sale last summer. well....i guess my hope of marriage is gone. there goes one of my unrealistic future dreams out the window. emery on the other hand, was just given a hope chest by her grandma. now, that girl's got hope.
confession #1: refrigerated dough packages frighten me! you know the kinds that cresent rolls or pizza dough come in? the suspense that builds up when you have to tear away the seal, not knowing when the loud POP! is going to come. it's a scary thing! now, i know you're probably laughing hysterically right now, but tonight i was reminded of this phobia. normally i make my dad open these types of packages, but i forgot. when i opened the first package of dough tonight, and the POP! sound was followed by the oozing of pizza dough, i screamed! i jumped! i dropped the dough...:( cali had no idea what was going on. then i had to explain my fear of dough cylinders.
honestly, i think it stems from a time at the grocery store when i was a kid. i dropped one. it exploded. maybe not, but maybe?
confession #2: i don't really have another confession, but i wish i did. just because i numbered the first one, i thought there should be a second. maybe i'll have one tomorrow.
good luck on your quest to find the holy grail...maybe santa will place it under your christmas tree, maybe not?

lol. Why don't you just take scissors and jab them into the cardboard to let the air out first? I don't know if that works, but I suppose it's worth a try! =D
